1. Definitions

• "Wichaset", "we", "us", "our" — Wichaset, an AI development school at 240 Thanon Rama IX, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand.
• "Course" — any educational programme offered by Wichaset, including Foundations of Machine Learning, Computer Vision Track, and Applied Deep Learning.
• "Student" or "you" — any person who enquires about, registers for, or attends a Course.
• "Website" — the site operated by Wichaset at the domain wichaseted.live.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation we send you.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry or enrolment form, making a payment, or attending a Course session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement under Thai law. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Course Description and Availability

Wichaset offers in-person AI development courses at its Bangkok campus. Session schedules are published before each cohort opens for enrolment. We reserve the right to adjust session dates, instructors, or venue within the same campus where necessary, and will notify enrolled students with reasonable advance notice. Courses are conducted in English.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once full payment is received and you have received a written confirmation from us. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within the applicable group size limit (maximum twelve students per cohort). Submitting an enquiry form does not itself constitute enrolment.

5. Student Responsibilities

• Attend sessions punctually or notify the instructor in advance if unable to attend.
• Complete assigned exercises before each session to the best of your ability.
• Treat fellow students and instructors with respect throughout all sessions.
• Submit final project work that represents your own effort. Submitting work produced entirely by another person or AI system as your own is not acceptable.
• Refrain from recording sessions without prior written permission from Wichaset.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, exercises, and written content produced by Wichaset remain the intellectual property of Wichaset. Enrolled students receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own learning during and after the course. Materials may not be redistributed, sold, or published without our prior written permission.

Projects built by students using skills and tools learned on the course belong to the student. We claim no ownership over your project work.

7. Payment Terms

All course fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are payable in full before the course begins. Accepted payment methods include Thai bank transfer. Prices are as published on our website at the time of enrolment and are inclusive of materials, session recordings, and the completion certificate.

Refund policy: If you cancel your enrolment more than seven calendar days before the first session, we will refund the full amount paid. Cancellations made within seven days of the first session are non-refundable. If Wichaset cancels a course intake, enrolled students receive a full refund.

8. Completion Certificates

A Wichaset completion certificate is issued to students who attend all required sessions (absences in excess of two sessions without prior agreement will affect eligibility) and submit a satisfactory final project. Certificates record the course title, duration, and skills covered. Wichaset makes no representation about how employers or other institutions will regard this certificate.

9. Disclaimers

Courses are provided in good faith and based on the expertise of our instructors. We do not warrant that completing a course will lead to employment, a change in career, or any specific professional outcome. The tools and libraries taught are third-party open-source software; we are not responsible for changes to those tools after a course has been delivered.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Wichaset's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or a Course shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Course. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wichaset and its instructors against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from your conduct during a course, including damage caused to the campus or equipment through misuse.

12. Termination

We may remove a student from a course without refund if their conduct is seriously disruptive, discriminatory, or otherwise incompatible with the learning environment. You may withdraw from a course at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 7. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive any termination.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with your enrolment confirmation, form the complete agreement between us.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision at any time does not waive our right to enforce it in future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For enrolled students, changes that materially affect their rights will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect.
