Apple Safari

Open Safari → Preferences (Mac) or Settings (iPhone/iPad).
Go to the Privacy tab.
Check or uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking and Block all cookies as preferred.
To remove existing cookies, click Manage Website Data and remove sites individually or all at once.

Microsoft Edge

Open the three-dot menu and go to Settings.
Click Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Toggle Block third-party cookies as needed.
Click See all cookies and site data to remove specific cookies.

On mobile browsers, cookie settings are usually found in the browser's main settings menu under Privacy or Site Settings.
